Our Executive Management Team is fully dedicated to our customers' success.
John Seitz, Chief Executive Officer
As founder and CEO, John has guided the company’s growth, mission, and vision since its inception. He is responsible for the overall direction and management of HighPoint Solutions.
John has owned and managed business consulting firms for the past 15 years, and has served as a consultant in the areas of system design, implementation, and deployment of enterprise software solutions for over 20 years.
Tom Clancy, President
As President, Tom is responsible for expanding HighPoint Solutions' overall business and oversees sales and recruiting.
Prior to joining HighPoint Solutions, Tom spent five years with Alliance Consulting beginning in its New York City office and ultimately leading its entire Eastern Region. He also served and 11 year tenure as Senior Vice President of Sales for Judge Technical Services.
Robert Matsuk, Chief Strategy Officer
As Chief Strategy Officer, Bob has overall responsibility for Corporate Strategy, including corporate business development, solution development, and alliance partner management.
Prior to HighPoint, he was a Partner in CSC’s Global Health Solutions organization and the Solution Director for the Life Sciences Pricing & Contracting practice. Bob also previously held senior positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Eli Lilly. His academic credentials include a B.S. in Pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science and an M.B.A. in Finance, Marketing and Health Services Management from Northwestern University.
James Dandy, Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Jim is responsible for all Corporate Operations, including Finance, Human Resource Administration and Legal affairs.
Prior to joining HighPoint, Jim spent the past twelve years in various senior level management positions within finance, sales operations and IT for technology related professional services organizations. During this time he has been involved in multiple mergers, acquisitions & dispositions, an initial public offering and implementation of the Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements.
Jim spent seven years with KPMG after receiving his B.S. in Accounting from LaSalle University. Jim is a Certified Public Accountant within the state of Pennsylvania.
Brian Rogan, Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing
As Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Brian is responsible for the management of Corporate Sales and Marketing.
Prior to joining HighPoint Solutions, Brian was Senior Vice President of Strategic Business and Marketing for Sierra Atlantic a leading company in the Outsourced Product Development business. Brian also held senior level management positions with Pomeroy IT as SVP of Sales and Operation, and Cognizant Technology Solutions as VP of Global Sales.
Tracy Burns, Senior Vice President Client Services
As Senior Vice President of Client Services, Tracy is primarily responsible for the development and delivery of HighPoint Solutions' services, solutions, and managed services...
Tracy brings 20 years of pharmaceutical IT experience having worked in a variety of business system support roles across functional areas of Commercial Operations, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, and Administration (e.g. HR, Finance, Legal).
